collected in the inserter track.
ACTION TO TAKE
The pack must be removed from the accumulator, from under the
accumulator sensor to proceed with operation.
ANY ADJUSTMENTS
Flat Pack Maximum Accumulator Pages can be adjusted in the
Accumulator Setup Screen. Flat Pack Maximum Track Pages can be
adjusted with Engin. Values 42. This value can be adjusted to 14 for a
Normal accumulator and to 99 for a Flats accumulator.

Error Description
14001 “Jam In Folder - Pack Not Seen At Folder Exit”
HARDWARE: Accum Type=Flats, System Exit Device=Conveyor,
System Exit Device=Xfer,Xfer XcvyN=ON.
WHAT HAPPENED
Cycling, a pack was not sensed at the Folder Exit Sensor within a time.
ACTION TO TAKE
Check for a jam in the Folder.
Test the Folder Exit Sensor.
ANY OTHER ADJUSTMENTS
Adjust Engin Value#4 Folder Exit Time.
14002 “Jam At Folder Exit”
HARDWARE: Accum Type=Flats, System Exit Device=Conveyor,
System Exit Device=Xfer,Xfer XcvyN=ON.
WHAT HAPPENED
Cycling, a count of packs entering the folder minus the number exitng
exceeding 2 packs.
ACTION TO TAKE
Check for a jam in the Folder.
Test the Folder Exit Sensor.
ANY OTHER ADJUSTMENTS
14020 “SPEED LOW”
HARDWARE: All except Flats.
WHAT HAPPENED
At Power On, the average Folder Speed is less than 25 inches per
second.
ACTION TO TAKE
Did the folder motor start?
No.
Check the motor, motor controller, and the connections and wiring to
these.
Yes.
Check the ‘blue dart’ folder speed encoder and its connections.
Go to Test-IO144 and look for transitions on the Folder Speed Encoder
Input as the Folder take away shaft is turned by hand.
ANY OTHER ADJUSTMENTS
Turn up the Folder Speed dial.
Check the motor controller setups.
