13021 “Un-Expected Pack Present - Remove Pack”
WHAT HAPPENED
The machine was powered up with a pack in the accumulator being
sensed by the accumulator sensor/accumulator presence sensor.
ACTION TO TAKE
The pack must be removed from the accumulator, from under the
accumulator sensor to proceed with operation.
ANY ADJUSTMENTS - None.
13022 “Accumulator Presence Not Detected”
WHAT HAPPENED
After a page has cleared the accumulator stack sensor the accumulator
sensor is checked to make sure the page has come to rest in the
accumulator. If the page or pages is not detected this error is raised.
ACTION TO TAKE
Did the page or pack in the accumulator stop at the correct position in the
accumulator?
ANY ADJUSTMENTS
Check the adjustment of the ramp bars.
Check the position of the accumulator sensor which should be sensing
the pages in the accumulator.
Check the setup of the accumulator sensor.
13024 “First Page Hold Slip”
WHAT HAPPENED
A sheet is sensed leaving the accumulator ramp sensor/accumulator
stack sensor when the First Page Hold has been set to ‘hold’ the page
there.
ACTION TO TAKE
The pack must be inspected or removed from the accumulator.
ANY ADJUSTMENTS
Adjust the Accumulator Setup FPH Point down to stop the page faster.
Check operation of the accumulator FPH clutch and brake in the Test
IO144 screen.
Check the setup of the accumulator ramp sensor/accumulator stack
sensor.
13025 “First Page Hold UnFinished”
13027 “First Page Hold UnFinished”
WHAT HAPPENED
After the Accumulator dump time, a sheet is not sensed entering the
accumulator ramp sensor/accumulator stack sensor to go to the
Accumulator.
Or,
After the Accumulator dump time, a sheet is not sensed entering the
accumulator ramp sensor/accumulator stack sensor when the First Page
Hold has been set to ‘hold’ the page there.
The next pages from the Feeder are coming very slowly or not at all.
ACTION TO TAKE
The pack must be inspected or removed from the accumulator.
ANY ADJUSTMENTS
Check operation of the Feeder singulator.
Check operation of the Feeder clutch and brake in the Test IO144
screen.
13030 “Max Track Pages Exceeded - Remove Pack”
WHAT HAPPENED
When operating as a Flat Pack Feeder, the count of the pages entering
the accumulator at the accumulator ramp sensor/accumulator stack
