Selection Direction:
Select either “6 to 1” or “1 to 6”
Postal Meter by Weight enable:
Station: 14…….1:
This is a representation of the inserter stations and depending on active
selection each will be green “indicating selected on” or red indicating
deselected.
Degree:
Encoder Updated as Inserter runs. This will show the degrees as the
inserter encoder rotates.
Home:
Encoder Updated as Inserter runs. This will show a “1” when the inserter
encoder produces a home pulse.
ON Degrees:
Degrees where demand goes on by either “Switch” or “Degree” demand.
OFF Degrees:
Degrees where demand goes off by either “Switch” or “Degree” demand.
Demand State:
Operates in Demand Type “Switch” or “Degree” (see Inserter Setup 1),
3=ON, 0=OFF
Average Demand Rate
Diagnostic - averages Demand Rate over three cycles
Sta _6_5_4_3_2_1_0
This is a diagnostic Inserter configuration view from the front of the
Inserter reflecting the Inserter setup at the top of the screen e.g. “6 to 1” or
“1 to 6”.
Sel_ _—_—_—_—_—_0:
This represents the empty track sections aligned with the Inserter
configuration. A pack dropped onto the Inserter track is represented by a
‘<‘. This ‘<‘ moves from right to left as the pack data is shifted by the 420T
