A.5 KEYBOARD OPERATION
RUN / STOP
• Press to start motors and enter ready mode.
• Press while in ready mode to shut down the 420T.
• (Press E-Stop to shut down the 2 Stage Conveyor)
CYCLE
• Press quickly to feed one sheet.
• Repeat until EOG on display is showing a “1” then press purge to
release the package.
• Press and hold CYCLE to start continuous feeding.
PURGE
• Press after manually filling the accumulator to discharge package into
the folder.
START
• Press after interlock is broken or E-stop condition. This will start the
2 Stage Conveyor.
E – STOP
• Press to shut down all motors on the 420T in emergencies.
• The top of the E-Stop switch must be turned to release the switch to
the up position.
Lifting any cover will also shut down all motors on the 420T.
