4. If all check ok, could be a bad guard module, contactor for switch AC
and DC could have a bad contact on aux contactor module located on
top of the two contactors opposite E-Stop/Gate Panel.
The assembly shown on this page is located in the top portion of the main
control cabinet. One side contains the main relays, K1 and K2, as well as
the main contactor fuse panel. These fuses are for the fan, the computer
power supply, and the DC power supply. All are located in the main control
cabinet. Relays K1 and K2 are redundant and provide switched
208-230VAC and switched +24VDC to the system. These relays are
monitored by the interlock gate monitoring module and the E-Stop module.

F5 and F6 – DC Distribution Power Supply
The other side of this assembly contains the interlock gate monitoring
module, the E-Stop module and the E-Stop Panel fuses. The fuses are for
24VDC to the E-Stop module, the interlock module, K1 and K2 relays, and
the switched 24VDC line from the relays.

K1 & K2 of E-Stop Circuit
