There are some items you can setting here. Choose Home to change the home screen color and wallpaper. In Appearance, the list shows theme you can choose for E430. Select the theme and press OK on the bottom bar. Then the Home Screen will be changed.

In Region page you can choose the region in drop-down list.

You can manage files by PC or use File Explorer on E430. 3.10.1Transmit with PC First of all, please connect E430 to PC by USB cable. Use ActiveSync on PC and tap Explorer. And it will show the folders on E430. You can copy any files on E430 to PC or copy files from PC to E430 on this way. 3.10.2File Explorer You can also use File Explorer to manage files on E430.
