Remove the terminal block, connect a
D.C. Voltmeter to the terminal block and
start the engine. Depress the shovel
mounted button/switch and note the
voltage reading. It should not exceed 14.5
volts. If the voltmeter indicates a negative
reading or reads in the reverse direction
interchange the voltmeter leads.
