Warranty

ONE YEAR LIMITED PARTS WARRANTY

Windster Hoods, Inc. will supply, at no charge to the consumer, a new replacement in

exchange for defective part(s) for a period of (1) year starting from the date of delivery.

Proof of purchase must be submitted at time of replacement request. All

damage/defective replacement requests without proof of purchase will be denied. Labor

will not be provided. Damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, and/or

modification will not be covered under warranty. Shipping costs will be covered by the

(1) year warranty.

Unit is intended for residential indoor use in the United States and Canada only.

Windster Hoods, Inc. will not be held liable for removal/installation fees of the

defective/replacement unit. Warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original

purchaser and does not extend to subsequent owners of the product.
