D-250 PUMP MAINTENANCE

Per manufacturer’s recommendations the following maintenance should be performed utilizing noted kits:

1.) 500 hours-Kit 86201080 – PRV NO. 250-75A replaces the V-packing, wave washer, packing spreader and

plunger guide.

2.) 500 hours-Kit 86201100 – PRV NO. 250-75C replaces the CAM bearing and insert.

3.) 1000 hours-kit 86201090 – PRV NO. 250-75B valve assembly and o-rings.

NOTE: Maintenance and repairs must be done by qualified personnel. Using non-Windsor parts to repair this

machine will void the warranty. Contact an authorized Windsor dealer for complete details.
