V5000 INSTALLATION GUIDE
Please refer to the following drawing for installation.
·STEP 1 Attach hanger bracket using supplied hardware into threaded holes on round plate
·STEP 2 Attach round plate to outlet box using supplied hardware ensuring the hangerbracket is aligned properly with
the ceiling slope.
·STEP 3 Hang ceiling fan and make wiring connections
·STEP 4 Install canopy and canopy cover with pre-installed hardware
