Maintenance and Troubleshooting
Overview
The chapter provides information on maintenance and troubleshooting.
Maintenance
Cleaning the exit window is the only maintenance required. Do not allow any abrasive
material to touch the window. Clean the scan window with a damp cloth and, if necessary,
a non-ammonia based detergent.
Troubleshooting

No red LED or nothing
happens when you attempt
to scan.
No power to the scanner. Check the system power.
Confirm that the correct host
interface cable is used.
Connect the power supply.
