Assemble
1.
Pull
trigger. Be
sure action slide
handle is
fully
for-
ward
and slide lock
flush
with
receiver
extension at "A".
This
prevents slide
bar scratching re-
ceiver.
3.
Turn
barrel as-
sembly clockwise
until
the contours
of the receiver and
the
receiver exten-
sion coincide.
4.
Pull
slide handle
fully
rearward and
push magazine
downward as far as
it
will
go.
6. Push magazine
locking
pin back in-
to
magazine tube.
Threaded end of the
tube is now
engaged
with
the receiver
and
locked.
7.
Bring
action
slide handle
fully
forward.
Arrows on
receiver and receiv-
er extension should
coincide. Gun is now
ready to
fire.
2. Holding receiver
portion
in
left
hanc
and
barrel
assem-
bly
in
right
hand,
at
right
angles to
each
other, insert
threaded barrel
shank
into
receiver,
5. Push out mag-
azine locking pin
"B".
Using pin as a
lever,
turn
maga-
zine one quarter
turn
clockwise, as
shown. Pin
will
not
rotate,
unless mag-
azine is at
full
depth
in receiver.
8.
Place
safety in
"on" position by
pushing
safety but-
ton
from
right
to
left
(as shown).
Red "danger"
ring
will
then be
covered.
