Blade Tracking (Refer to Figure 12)

Blade tracking can be corrected using the following
procedure
1. Operate the saw to determine if the blade is
tracking off center. Determine if the blade is
tracking to the right or to the left.
2. To adjust tracking, open the door on the right
side of the machine. Loosen the jam nuts on
the trackingadjustment screws.
3. If the blade tracks to the right,the bottom of the
blade drive pulley (ref.#3) needs to be move
outward. Adjust the upperscrew outward.Then
adjust the lower screw inward. Tightenthe upper
screw against its stop. Tightenthe jam nuts.
4. If the blade tracks to the left, the bottom of the
blade drive pulley (ref.#3) needs to be move
inward. Adjust the lowerscrew outward.Then
adjust the upperscrew inward. Tightenthe lower
screw against its stop. Tightenthe jam nuts.

5. Close the doorand operate the saw. Repeat the
steps above as requiredto achieve proper tracking.
