EMERGENCY DIESEL GENERATOR
PART 1 - GENERAL
1.01 GENERAL REFERENCE
A. The work of this Section is integral with the whole of the Contract
Documents and is not intended to be interpreted outside that context.
B. Coordinate the work with all other services affecting the work of this
Section.
C. Diesel Generator submittal without compliance statement from the
manufacturer shall not be acceptable.
1.02 DESCRIPTION OF WORK
A. The Contractor shall comply, install, commission, test and hand over in
good operable manner including one year guarantee and maintenance. 415
V automatic starts on mains failure, standby diesel generator set as
indicated on the drawings. The set shall be complete with diesel engine,
generator, control panel, batteries, starting motor, built-in air cooled
radiator, main fuel storage tank, daily fuel storage tank, fuel transfer
pumps and all other accessories as specified and mentioned in the B.O.Q.
