Align wheel frame (#5) to the hole in front of the shelf (#2). Secure with bolts (#A). Align left/right wheel (#3,4) to the holes of the shelf (#2) and support tubes (#7,8). Secure holes aligned to shelf (#2) with bolts (#A) and secure holes aligned to support tubes (#7,8) with bolts (#B). Align small wheel (#6) to the holes inbetween the wheel frame (#5), then secure with bolts (#D) and nut (#E) as shown in the picture.
