To give you an overview of the Desk parts, the above picture is to help you put the various parts into perspective. Please read through the instructions below to familiarise yourself with the parts and steps before assembly. Step 1 1.1 1.
1.1) Attach Drawer Back Panel(H) to Drawer Left Panel(F) using Screws(⑥) with Screwdriver(⑩). 1.2) Repeat same step to assemble Drawer Right Panel(G) to Drawer Back Panel(H). Step 2 Slide Drawer Bottom Panel(I) into the grooves on Drawer Back Panel(H), Drawer Left Panel(F) and Drawer Right Panel(G). Step 3 Attach Cam Bolts(②) into the mounting positions on Drawer Front Panel(E) with Screwdriver(⑩).
Step 4 4.2 4.1 4.1) Insert Drawer Front Panel(E) into the mounting positions on the narrow sides of Drawer Left Panel(F) and Drawer Right Panel(G) by hand. 4.2) Insert Cam Locks(①) into the mounting positions on Drawer Left Panel(F) and Drawer Right Panel(G) with Screwdriver(⑩), then turn Cam Locks(①) clockwise until they all lock into place. Note: Ensure the arrow on Cam Lock head points towards the Cam Bolt mounting position.
Step 6 Attach Drawer Slide (⑧) to both sides of Drawer using Screws(⑤) with Screwdriver(⑩) as pictured. Note: There are pre-drilled mounting positions of the Guide Rails. Step 7 With assistabce from second adult, attach Leg Frames(J) to Back Panel(C) using Bolt(④) with Allen Key(⑨) .
Step 8 Attach Leg Frames(J) to Bottom Panel(B) using Bolt(④) with Allen Key(⑨). Step 9 Attach Cam Bolts(②) into the mounting position on Bottom Panel(B) with Screwdriver(⑩).
Step 10 Insert Cam Locks(①) on Side Panel(D) by hand. Attach the Side Panel(D) into the mounting positions on Bottom Panel(B) with Screwdriver (⑩),then turn Cam Locks(①) clockwise until they into all lock into palce. Note: Ensure the arrow on Cam Lock head points towards the Cam Bolt mounting position.
Step 11 Attach the Drawer Slide Rail(⑦) to the mounting potision on Side Panel(D) using Screw(⑤) with Screwdriver(⑩). Step 12 Place Top Panel(A) facedown on a clean, non-marring surface. Attach Cam Bolts(②) to the mounting positions on Top Panel(A) with Screwdriver(⑩).
Step 13 Insert Cam Bolts(②) on Top Panel(A) into Side Panels(D). Insert Cam Locks(①) into the mounting positions on Side Panels(D) with Screwdriver(⑩), then turn Cam Locks(①) clockwise until they all lock into place. Step 14 Attach Top Panel(A) to Leg Frames(J) using Bolts(③) with Allen Key(⑨).
Step 15 Slide the assembled Drawer into place by interlacing the rails. Step 16 Inspect and make sure all parts are in place, and securely tightened. Your Desk is ready for use. This Desk can only be used on a flat, level surface.
