1. Before installing fixture, disconnect power at main electrical
box.
2. Screw shade onto end of arm using pipe joint compound or
sealant tape on the arm threads, seat other end of arm into
back plate with arm gasket in place.
3. Place back plate gasket over junction box.
4. Attach fixture black wire to outlet black wire and fixture
white wire to outlet white wire using wire nuts provided.
5. Connect green fixture wire to grounding screw in junction
box.
6. Attach back plate to junction box using screws provided.
7. Align fixture and secure by tightening set screws on black
plate.
