Open the file firewall.ini with Notepad by double-clicking on the file.
2) Find the [Manual UDP low REJECT] section and add these lines:
ACCEPT, 169.254.0.0 – 169.254.255.255, 0 – 65536, UPnP, 2005-10-05, 02:44:06, PERPETUAL, 2000, unknown
ACCEPT, 172.29.0.0 – 172.29.255.255, 0 – 65536, UPnP, 2005-10-05, 02:44:06, PERPETUAL, 2000, unknown
3) Save and close Notepad.
4) Finally, shutdown and restart your computer in order for these changes to take effect.
