5. Choose a different file format and location.
6. Click OK when you’re done choosing different options.
Customizing the Ribbon icons
If you don’t use certain Ribbon icons, you can remove them and replace them
with icons that represent the commands you do use most often. To custom-
ize the Ribbon icons, follow these steps:
1. Load an Office 2010 program.
2. Click the File tab.
The Backstage View appears.
3. Click the Options button in the left pane.
An Options dialog box appears.
4. Click Customize Ribbon.
The Options dialog box displays multiple options for you to customize,
as shown in Figure 1-22.
