You aren’t limited to the canned layouts either. You may decide that you want the layout to

reflect a more traditional mechanical drawing layout, with a top, front, and right side view. Here’s

how you can set up such a viewport arrangement:

1. Choose Customize  Viewport Configuration.

2. With the Layout tab selected, click the layout showing four equal viewports, which is the

rightmost layout in the bottom row of layout options (see Figure 1.39).

3. Click the sample viewport labeled Front in the upper-right corner of the large sample layout

and select Perspective in the pop-up menu, as shown in Figure 1.40.
