3 Programming and Calibration

The WILDCAT scale is calibrated at the factory. Functional programming is also
completed at the factory, so that the WILDCAT scale is ready to use right out of the box.
There is no need to change any of the softswitch parameters or to calibrate the scale.
However, for commercial purposes (legal for trade), the WILDCAT scale must be
calibrated using certified test weights. All operational changes and calibration can be
performed using the scale keyboard.
The programming mode of the WILDCAT scale consists of main blocks (F1, F2, and
F3), each containing sub-blocks (F1.1, F1.2, and so on.) An overview of the
programming mode is shown below.
