areas
When talking about explosive hazardous
areas, everybody thinks of the chemical
industry or mining. However, explosion
protection is an important topic for many
sectors of the processing industry. In
some cases, even carpenter‘s workshops
and industrial bakeries may be affected.
Special explosion protection measures
are necessary wherever a dangerously
high concentration of gas/air or dust/air
mixtures occurs.
Areas where a potentially explosive
atmosphere is possible must be clearly
identified as explosive hazardous areas.
