Bei vielen Anwendungen müssen elektrotechnische Geräte und Anlagen unter erschwerten Umweltbedingungen über viele Jahre
sicher funktionieren. Das Eindringen von Nässe oder Fremdkörpern (z. B. Staub, Öl, Russ, etc.) in Produktionsanlagen, Garagen oder
im Aussenbereich muss für eine zuverlässige Funktion verhindert werden.
Selbst ein außerplanmäßiges Untertauchen wie z.B. Anstieg von Grundwasser ist mit dem RST-System problemlos möglich.
Für einen permanenten Betrieb unter Wasser ist das System nicht ausgelegt.
