NOTE
• In most cases, using the transmitter infrequently will not
permit you to gain full benefit from it.
• The use of the transmitter is only part of hearing habilitation
and may need to be supplemented by auditory training and
instruction in lipreading.
• The use of the transmitter increases the risk of accumulation
of earwax. Contact your physician/ENT doctor if you suspect
that a plug of earwax has accumulated in your ear. It is a good
idea to ask your physician to clean your ears a couple of times
a year.
