Remove any visible earwax

Do not attempt to clean the
waxguard
Ifthesoundoutletisstillblockedyoushouldchange
thewaxguard(seepages-)

contact your hearing care professional. Do not insert anything
into the sound outlet, as this could damage the hearing aid.
