Name: Retrieve Time of Day
Purpose: Instructs the Wide Bank to display the date and time.

Syntax: RTRV-TOD:[<tid>]::[<ctag>];
Example: RTRV-TOD:tid::ctag;

RTRV-USER-SECU
Name: Retrieve User Security
Purpose: Used by the administrator to retrieve the security parameters associated with a user or
a list of users.
Category: Security Commands

Syntax: RTRV-USER-SECU:[<tid>]:<uid>:[<ctag>];

ctag Correlation Tag (optional)

Target ID of network element (optional)

uid User ID. Multiple user IDs can be grouped, as in uid1&uid2.
ALL will retrieve all users.
