Attach board 15 to board 17 and 18 using wooden dowel(D),

add cam lock(C) and turn clockwise to tighten as shown.

Attach board 16 to board 17, 23 and 18 using wooden dowel(D),

add cam lock(C) and turn clockwise to tighten as shown.
