Problem: Machine makes ice, but bin does not fill up with ice
Possible Cause: The condenser may be dirty.
Solution: Clean the condenser.
Possible Cause: The air flow to the ice maker may be obstructed.
Solution: Check the installation or Run the unit for longer period of time.
Possible Cause: “The ambient temperature and water temperature are high, or it
is near with some heat source.”
Solution: Check the installation or Run the unit for longer period of time.
Problem: Water is leaking out the unit.
Possible Cause: “A few water droplets are on the
door.”
Solution: “Under some conditions, humidity may condense on the door. Consider moving the
unit or just be more
careful when you open the door.”
Possible Cause: The water supply connection is leaking.
Solution: Tighten fitting. See “Connecting the water line”.
Problem: Cubes are partially formed are white at the bottom.
Possible Cause: “Not enough water in the water
bin.”
Solution: Check if the water supply pressure is below 15 psi.
