Removethescrewssecuringtheinvertertothemountingbracketsandlifttheinverterfromthe
mountingbracket.

NOTE
If you remove the old inverter and do not immediately install a new one, then:
o
Lock the DC Safety Unit in the OFF position using a lock on the switch.
o
Secure the DC Safety Unit bracket to the wall/pole, using 3 screws
o
Use insulation tape to isolate each of the AC and DC wires.
o
Seal the open conduits using duct tape.
o
Install the DC Safety Unit sealing cover supplied with the inverter and secure with retaining clips.
10. Placethenewinverteronthemountingbracketsandsecureitusingthescrews.
11. InsertthewiresfromtheinverterintotheopeningsintheDCSafetyUnit.
12. FastenthetwoclipssecuringtheDCSafetyUnittotheinverter.
13. Reconnectthecables:FollowtheinstructionsofInstallingtheInverteronpage23.
14. Closetheinvertercover.
15. PerformthecommissioningstepsasdescribedinCommissioningtheInstallationonpage32.
Replacing the DC Safety Unit
1. TurnOFFtheACcircuitbreaker.
2. TurnOFFtheinverterON/OFFswitch,andwaituntiltheLCDindicatesthattheDCvoltageissafe
(<50V),orwaitfiveminutesbeforecontinuingtothenextstep.
WARNING!
If you cannot see the inverter panel, or if a malfunction is indicated on the LCD panel, wait five
minutes for the input capacitors of the inverter to discharge.
AVERTISSEMENT!
