blade sharp and balanced. A
bent blade
will cause vibration and loss of

BLADE REMOVAL
1. Disconnect spark plug.
2. Lift mower on end.
3. Block blade with a piece of 2 x 4 to pre-
vent
it's turning. Figure 2-45.
4. Remove blade nut.
5. Retorque blade nut to 50 ft. lbs.
