Data Archive Files
If you have questions about your data, please send the autosave file containing the data as an email attachment to
Technical Support. Outside of the US and Canada, please contact your local NanoDrop products distributor.
All data is automatically archived as a workbook file (*.twbk) to the following locations depending on the PC
operating system:
Vista: C:\Users\Public\Public Documents\Thermo\Autosave\ (Software Module)
XP: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Shared Documents\Thermo\NanoDrop2000\Autosave\ (Software Module)
Alternatively, use the My Data task bar to locate the appropriate autosave data file. Open the file with the NanoDrop
2000/2000c software and use the file drop down E-mail current workbook option to send to
Technical Support.
Note: Although all report fields may not be displayed when opening an autosave file, all fields are recoverable by
Technical Support. Please do not send exported report files or user-defined workbooks as these files will
not contain all the information needed for troubleshooting purposes.
