REVENUE, OR PROFIT AND ANY INDIRECT,

SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL

DAMAGES, EVEN IF RADIOSHACK HAS BEEN

ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
