InStep Wax
Casting Wax System
Whip Mix InStep waxes take the
guesswork out of compatibility.
The InStep family of products is
formulated and manufactured with
each component of the entire waxing
process in mind. This ensures from
blockout to nal wax-up all your
waxes will be compatible, greatly
reducing the chance of defects in
your castings.
The Whip Mix Instep Wax system
contains four different waxes which
have melting ranges which have
been designed to work InStep
with one another. These include a
blockout wax for lling undercuts, a
dipping wax with enhanced margin
visibility and uniform thickness,
and a carving wax which provides
consistent control during build-up
and cuts cleanly without stickiness or
tackiness. The beige version of the
carving wax is also scannable with
many of the scanners available on
the market today. Each component
is designed to work InStep providing
a burn-out without residue and
optimized casting results.
