5.4 Troubleshooting Using the Trouble LED Indicators on the PC
Board
The SP4-TZC PC board contains 2 status LED indicators (Green), 1 Communication LED indicator
(Green), and 3 diagnostic LED indicators (Orange). Figure 18 shows the location of these LED indicators
on the PC board. If a trouble condition is detected the orange TROUBLE LED indicator is “ON”.

• If the SP4-APS splitter is connected to the SP40/2, the TROUBLE and the AUDIO SHORT LED
indicators on the SP40/2 will also be “ON”.
• If the SP4-APS splitter is connected to an audio booster, the TROUBLE and the AUDIO SHORT
LED indicators on the audio booster will also be “ON”.
