Operation 1 2 Identifying the control panel □ □ □ The control panel is located on the top left corner of the fireplace/heater unit. The control panel contains the display unit (1), function indicator (2), timer function (3), heater control (4), flames control (5), and main power (6). The display unit (1) displays information about the flame level, timer, and current temperature.
Operation (continued) 4 □ □ □ □ □ Using the heater control Pressing the heater button (4) will turn on or off the heat function. There is no speed setting for the heater blower. If you put the heater in a standby mode (turn off by the main power button 6), the unit will hold the settings in the memory. When the power is turned back on, the heater will turn on at the same settings.
Operation (continued) 6 Using the main power button □ Press the power button (6) to turn the fireplace/heater unit on and off. Press the power button (6) once to turn the unit on. Press again to turn the unit off. 6 7 Using the Demo Mode □ □ For Use in Retail Store To turn Demo Mode on, press and hold the timer button (3) for 10 seconds until the front LED lights show "00". Demo Mode deactivates the heater and all front control panel buttons except the flame control button.
Using the Remote Control (continued) 2 Battery Replacement NOTE: Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon zinc), or rechargeable (nicad, nimh, etc.) batteries. Care and Maintenance WARNING: Do not use this fireplace insert if any part of it has been under water. Immediately call a qualified service technician to inspect the firebox and replace any part of the electrical system which has been under water. WARNING: Always disconnect from the power supply before cleaning the heater. First turn off the main power. Then remove the electrical plug from the wall outlet.

Mesures de sécurité (suite) INSTRUCTIONS DE MISE À LA TERRE DANGER : Un mauvais raccordement du conducteur de mise à la terre peut entraîner un risque de décharges électriques. Vérifier avec un électricien qualifié ou un technicien si vous êtes dans le doute quant à savoir si le produit est mis à la terre adéquatement. Ne pas modifier la fiche fournie avec le produit. Si elle n'entre pas dans la prise, faire installer une prise adéquate par un électricien qualifié.

Fonctionnement 1 Utilisation du panneau de commande Le panneau de commande est situé sur le coin supérieur gauche du foyer/appareil de chauffage. Le panneau de commande contient l'unité d'affichage (1), indicateur de fonction (2), fonction de minuterie (3), commande de chauffage (4), commande de flammes (5), et l'alimentation principale (6). L'unité d'affichage (1) affiche des informations sur le niveau de la flamme, la minuterie et la température actuelle.
Fonctionnement (suite) 4 Utilisation de la commande de chauffage □ □ □ □ □ Appuyer sur la touche chauffage (4) allume et éteint l’effet de chauffage. Il n'existe aucun paramètre de vitesse pour le ventilateur du chauffage. Si vous mettez le réchauffeur en mode veille (l'appareil est éteint par le bouton d'alimentation principal 6), l'appareil conserve les réglages dans la mémoire. Lorsque l'appareil est sous tension, le chauffage s'allume aux mêmes réglages.
Fonctionnement (suite) 6 □ Utilisation du bouton d'alimentation principal Appuyer sur le bouton d'alimentation (6) pour activer/désactiver le foyer/appareil de chauffage. Appuyer sur le bouton d'alimentation (6) une fois pour mettre l'appareil sous tension. Appuyer de nouveau pour éteindre l'appareil.
Utilisation de la télécommande (suite) 2 Remplacement de la pile REMARQUE : ne pas mélanger des piles usées à des piles neuves. Ne pas mélanger entre elles les piles alcalines, régulières (carbone zinc) et rechargeables (nickel-cadmium, niMH, etc.) AVERTISSEMENT: Ne pas ingérer les piles. 1. Les piles non rechargeables ne peuvent être rechargées. 2. Les piles doivent être insérées selon leur polarité. 3. Les piles usées doivent être retirées du produit. 4.
Soins et entretien AVERTISSEMENT : Ne pas utiliser l’appareil si l’un de ses composants a été en contact avec de l’eau. Faire appel à un technicien qualifié pour procéder à une vérification de l’appareil et remplacer toute pièce du système électrique ayant été en contact avec de l’eau. AVERTISSEMENT : Toujours débrancher le bloc d'alimentation avant de nettoyer l'appareil de chauffage. Premièrement couper l'alimentation principale. Puis retirer la prise électrique de la prise murale.

Operación 1 2 Identificar el panel de control □ □ □ El panel de control está situado en la esquina superior izquierda de la unidad de chimenea / calefactor. El panel de control contiene la unidad de visualización (1), indicador de la función (2), la función de temporizador (3), de control del calentador (4), el control de las llamas (5), y la potencia principal (6). La unidad de visualización (1) muestra información sobre el nivel de la llama, el temporizador y la temperatura actual.
Operación (continuación) 4 Usando el control del calentador Al pulsar el botón del calentador (4) convierte el calentador encendido o apagado. No hay ajuste de velocidad para el ventilador del calentador. Si pones el calentador en un standby mode (apagar por el boton de encendido 6), la Dependencia llevará a cabo los ajustes en la memoria. Cuando la alimentación se vuelve a encender, el calentador activará los mismos ajustes.
