data stream according to NFCIP-1 and from a secure IC.
SVDD 37 O Switchable output power for secure IC power supply with
overload detection. Used as a reference voltage for secure IC
communication.
RSTPD_N 38 I PVDD Reset and Power-Down: When low, internal current sources
are switched off, the oscillator is disabled, and input pads are
disconnected from the outside world. The internal reset phase
starts on the negative edge on this pin.
DVDD 39 O Internal digital power supply.
VBAT 40 PWR Main external power supply.
