10┃WARRANTY
WEXSTAR Electric Panel Heaters are warranted against defects in
workmanship and materials for three (3) years from date of purchase.
This warranty does not apply if damage or malfunction occurs due to
accidents, improper handling or operation, shipping damage, abuse,
misuse, alterations, unauthorized repairs made or attempted, damage
by accident, theft, fire, flood, external causes such as, but not limited to,
improper installation of wiring, operation with connected voltage more
than 5% greater than the nameplate voltage, blown fuses, inadequate
electrical power, or any use of the product not authorized by the
manufacturer, and normal wear and tear. The customer shall be
responsible for all costs incurred in the removal or reinstallation of the
products including but not limited to labor costs and shipping costs to
return the heater to WEXSTAR Service center. Within the limitations of
this warranty and at the discretion of Spacio Innovations Inc., we will
repair or replace the heater. You shall be responsible for any shipping &
handling charges for both the return of your unit, and the sending of a
replacement unit, at the discretion of Spacio Innovations Inc. SPACIO
INNOVATIONS INC.: SHALL NOT BE LIABLE NOR DOES THIS WARRANTY
COVER LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR
ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO;
NEGLIGENCE, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR CONTRACT.
