Emergency and First Aid
Procedures:
None known.
Note to Physician:
Flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes, occasionally lifting the upper and
lower eyelids. Get medical aid.
In Case of Eye Contact:
Flush skin with plenty of soap and water.
Get medical aid if irritation develops or persists.
Wash clothing before reuse.
In Case of Skin Contact:
IF SWALLOWED: Rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting. Immediately call a POISON
CENTER or doctor/physician.
In Case of Ingestion:
Remove from exposure and move to fresh air immediately. If breathing is difficult, give
oxygen. Get medical aid.
5. Fire Fighting Measures

As in any fire, wear a self-contained breathing apparatus in pressure-demand,
MSHA/NIOSH (approved or equivalent), and full protective gear. During a fire, irritating
and highly toxic gases may be generated by thermal decomposition or combustion.
Vapors may form explosive mixtures with air. Vapors can travel to a source of ignition
and flash back. Will burn if involved in a fire. Containers may explode in the heat of a fire.
Flammable liquid and vapor. May form explosive peroxides. Vapors may be heavier than
air.

6. Accidental Release Measures
Use proper personal protective equipment as indicated in Section 8.
Spills/Leaks: Absorb spill with inert material (e.g. vermiculite, sand or earth), then place
in suitable container. Clean up spills immediately, observing precautions in the Protective
Equipment section. Provide ventilation. Do not let this chemical enter the environment.

Wash thoroughly after handling. Wash hands before eating. Remove contaminated
clothing and wash before reuse. Use with adequate ventilation. Avoid contact with skin
and eyes. Avoid ingestion and inhalation. Empty containers retain product residue, (liquid
and/or vapor), and can be dangerous.
