OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

NOTE: Cookware with a base smaller than the diameter of the hotplate
cooking surface should not be used.
NOTE: Cooking utensils, should not extend beyond the hotplate cooking
surface or intrude into the area of close proximity to the controls.
. Before first use, turn the hot plate/s ON by turning the temperature control
knob to the max heat setting and allow to heat up for several minutes. This
will burn off any residue left from the manufacturing process. Some odor and
or smoke may develop during this process, this considered normal operation.
Ensure good ventilation during this process.

IMPORTANT! When not in use, always turn the temperature control knob to
“MIN” position and disconnect from mains power outlet.
NOTE: Due to the cooking plate’s construction, residual heat will remain after
switching off. This may be used to keep food warm for a short period.
