MUFFLER AND SPARK ARRESTOR
The spark arrestor prevents sparks from exiting the mufer.
It must be removed for servicing.
NOTICE
The spark arrestor is a safety device
that prevents sparks from exiting the mufer and cre-
ating a re hazard. In certain locations a spark arrestor
may be required by law. It is the operator’s responsi-
bility to know and follow all local laws and regulations
related to re prevention requirements.
OIL DIPSTICK
Unscrew the oil dipstick to check oil levels and add oil when
needed.
OUTPUT READY LED
Illuminates when the generator is operating normally. In-
dicates the generator is producing electrical power at the
receptacles.
RECOIL HANDLE
Use the recoil handle (and the engine/fuel control switch)
to start the generator.
