Backup Database Make a copy of the current database. This should be done whenever significant
changes are made to the user database. After clicking the button, you will be prompted for a file name.
A default file name is provided. If this is acceptable, click Save. If not, enter a new file name and then
click Save. Note, we cannot stress how important it is to periodically copy your database! Please be
sure to regularly perform this function it’s easy and you’ll be glad you did.
Restore Database Replaces the current user database with a previously saved version. After clicking
on the Restore Database button, you will be asked to confirm.
