Backup Database – Make a copy of the current database. This should be done whenever significant
changes are made to the user database. After clicking the button, you will be prompted for a file name.
A default file name is provided. If this is acceptable, click Save. If not, enter a new file name and then
click Save. Note, we cannot stress how important it is to periodically copy your database! Please be
sure to regularly perform this function – it’s easy and you’ll be glad you did.
Restore Database – Replaces the current user database with a previously saved version. After clicking
on the Restore Database button, you will be asked to confirm.
