Buffet Server/Griddle Instruction Manual
ASSEMBLING YOUR GRIDDLE 
Note: The provided handles must be assembled on the Griddle/Buffet Server before 
use (unassembled models only). 
1.  Place the griddle/buffet server upside down on a tabletop or countertop. 
2.  Position the handle on the side of the griddle/buffet server, lining up the holes in 
the handles with the mounting bracket on the griddle/buffet server. 
3.  Using a #2 Phillips screwdriver, securely attach the handle screws provided. 
Repeat steps to assemble the second handle on the opposite side of the 
griddle/buffet server. 
4.  Place the assembled griddle/buffet server right side up on a flat surface and lift 
with the handles. Handles should feel tightly secured and should not wobble.
