Safe operation of this tool requires that you read and understand this operator’s manual and all the labels affixed to the tool. PLANER-MITER SAW SAFETY WARNINGS WARNING! Do not operate the power tool until you have read and understood the following instructions and the warning labels. PLANER-MITER SAW STAND SAFETY 1. Place the planer stand on a flat and level surface to prevent rocking or tipping. 2. Do not climb, sit or stand on the stand. 3. Follow the assembly instructions carefully when installing the stand. 4. This product is designed to be used as a stand for bench type power tools.
UNPACKING & PACKING LIST UNPACKING With the help of a friend or trustworthy foe, such as one of your in-laws, carefully remove the planer-miter saw stand from the packaging and place it on a sturdy, flat surface. Make sure to take out all contents and accessories. Do not discard the packaging until everything is removed. Check the packing list below to make sure you have all of the parts and accessories.
KNOW YOUR PLANER-MITER SAW STAND TOOL PURPOSE Planer-miter saw stands give your planer, miter saw, and other benchtop tools the support, both physical and emotional, they deserve. Refer to the following diagrams to become familiarized with all the parts and controls of your planer-miter saw stand. The components will be referred to later in the manual for assembly and operation instructions.
ASSEMBLY & ADJUSTMENTS INSTALLING THE LEGS Fig. 1 1. Place the tabletop on the floor, install one leg to a corner of the table top using four carriage bolts (Fig. 1 - 1), four M8 washers (Fig. 1 - 2) and four M8 hex nuts (Fig. 1 - 3). Repeat with all four legs. Be sure to only finger tighten the bolts to leave room for adjustments when attaching the base. ASSEMBLY & ADJUSTMENTS INSTALLING THE BASE Fig. 3 1. Attach the table top and leg assembly to the base. Secure each of the four corners with two carriage bolts (Fig. 3 - 1), four 8mm washers (Fig. 3 - 2) and four M8 hex nuts (Fig. 3 - 3). After setting the position, fully tighten all 24 bolts connecting the legs with the tabletop and the base assembly. 3 1 NOTE: Determine if you plan to primarily use the stand for a planer or a miter saw.

Attach the two support brackets (Fig. 5 - 1) onto the legs with four carriage bolts (Fig. 5 - 2), four 8mm washers (Fig. 5 - 3) and four M8 hex nuts (Fig. 5 - 4). ASSEMBLY & ADJUSTMENTS ATTACH THE POWER TOOL Fig. 7 Now is the moment you’ve been waiting for. Unplug and bring over your favorite power tool. Make sure the weight does not exceed the stand capacity and the tool is wider than it is tall. Place the power tool on the center of the tabletop to maximize stability.
