• Turn power switch OFF. Wait 20
seconds. Turn power switch ON. If unit
resets and status indicator comes on
without flashing, error was (probably) a
low water condition. Otherwise, contact
maintenance.
No water flow from
dispenser nozzle (power

• Tank is full • Normal operation

ERROR CODES are displayed on the control board readout, visible through the view port on the upper right side of
the dispenser. To reset error code:
• Turn Power OFF. Wait 20 seconds
• Turn power ON.
• If error code does not reset, contact the National Service Cooperative at 1-800-298-1862 for the Wells
Authorized Service Agency nearest you.
