Manufacturer's warranty is in effect only when the

griddle is installed by qualified personnel and

operated in accordance with the instructions in

the owners guide and local ordinances or, in the

absence

of local codes, the National Fuel Gas Code,

A.N.S.I. Z223.1-1984 or the latest A.N.S.I. Z223.1

edition. Wells Mfg. Co. is not liable for any

damage resulting from failure to comply with this

notice.
