The Weller WD 1M and WD 2M Multi-
function devices are designed for more
specialised soldering tasks in the indus-
trial manufacturing and service repair
environments. The WD 2M control unit
has dual outputs. The USB interface
allows various ISO applications and the
control of the station via external PC.

The key characteristic of the WD 1M and
WD 2M control units is their additional
High Speed Regulation capability. This
allows these units to drive Weller's micro
tools, WMRP and WMRT as well as the
standard range of Weller soldering tools.
The control units are equipped with
a USB interface. The USB Interface
allows precise data logging and various
ISO applications.
There is the possibility to control the
station via external PC.
The software is available
free of charge.
The large LCD display allows clear
information and simple handling.
Three fixed temperatures can be
assigned with the temperature
buttons. You can set the tempera-
ture values as desired.
Operation simplicity
Inbuilt control unit functionality includes:
custom-designed calibration function,
programmable temperature decrease (set-
back), interlock functions and remote ID
for ISO applications.
