3.5.12 Music on Hold Prompts
The administrator can upload on hold music as follows:
1) Click ‘Upload Music on Prompt ’
2) Click ‘Browse’ to choose the desired audio file.
3) Click ‘Upload’ to upload the selected file.
Note: The sound file format should be as follows: GSM 6.10, 8.000kHz, Mono,
1kb/sec, The file size must not be greater than 1.8MB.
