Route the incoming calls to a specific extension.
·Voicemail
Route the incoming calls to extension’s voicemail.
·IVR
Route the incoming calls to a specific IVR.
·Ring Group
Route the incoming calls to a specific Ring Group.
·Conference Room
Route the incoming calls to a specific Conference Room.
·DISA
Route the incoming calls to a specific DISA.
·Queues
Route the incoming calls to a specific Queue.
·Faxes
Route the incoming faxes to a specific extension’s mail address.
Note: This function only supports T.38 faxes.
·Outbound Routes
Route the incoming calls to a specific outbound route.
NoteThis function can only be used after the configuration of SIP Trunk in
Service Provider.
This function is mainly used for the connection of two branches.
For example: Company A locates headquarters in the USA with a branch B in
China. A and B both have MPBX phone systems .
Now if staff of A would like to make a call to a telephone or mobile phone in
China from the extension of A but via the FXS line of B, that can be done by this
configuration.
4) Outside Office Hours
You can choose how to route incoming calls outside office hours.
