Default report formats (printing after recording)
Selected
From this list of formats, you can select the formats that are
printed when automatic printing is enabled. These formats are
also printed when you click Print selected formats in the ECG
window.
Full disclosure
lead
From this list, you can select the default lead that appears in
the Full disclosure view and print.
Grid
From this list, you can select the grid style used for the
printouts after recording is completed. The grid styles for
printing during test and printing after recording are
independent and must be selected separately.
Print after recording
If this option (checkbox) is selected, the ECG is automatically printed
when the recording has finished. Welch Allyn CardioPerfect Exercise
ECG prints the formats that you selected in the Default report
formats area.
7.3.1. Set selected formats
This selection defines which report formats will be printed after recording or when you click
the Print selected formats button. To print a view of an ECG, you need to select its
corresponding format in the ECG settings.
To set the printing options:
1. In the File menu, click Settings. The Settings dialog box is displayed.
2. Click Exercise ECG and click on the Printing tab.
3. In the Printing tab,
a. To enable automatic printing: click Print after recording.
b. To select formats in which the ECG should be printed: select one or more
default report templates
4. Click OK to save your changes.
7.4 Exercise ECG-settings- Monitor tab
Use the Monitor tab to configure recording settings. The Monitor tab contains the following
options:
Predefined comments:
Here, you can define pre-entered comments that can be used during the recording of the
ECG. They become available in the Comment window.
Use event dispatcher for external applications
Use this option to start the event dispatcher during monitoring. The event dispatcher can be
used to interface to an external application, such as a gas exchange system. This can only be
done if that application uses a compatible interface.
