Exercise ECG Module - User Manual
To create a new ECG:
1. In the File menu, point to New and click Exercise ECG. The New exercise ECG
dialog box is displayed. Click on the General tab.
In the Test area, enter the target heart rate or enter the target heart rate as a
percentage of the predicted maximum heart rate, see also page 26. For ergometers,
you can al

enter the target workload, see also 2.3.13 Target Workload.

2. In the Test a
rea select the names of the referring, ordering, and attending physician,
see also page 18.
3. Go to the Protocol area to sele
ct the protocols that you want to use:
In the Protocol area, select the exercise protocol that you want to use. You can
choose from a number of predefined protocols.
Select a Blood pressure protocol to indicate how you want to measure the blood
pressure during the test.
Select a Print protocol to indicate whether reports should be printed automatically
or not.
